It topped the Susy Radio UK 20 best tracks of 2020 chart at number 1 and was track of the day on BBC Radio Sussex & Surrey.

"About Time", Ru's first solo EP, was released on 15th May 2020 and received positive critical acclaim. It's an introspective ode to hopeful new beginnings, reflecting a dense multicultural music background which takes us on a meaningful journey of fun, groove centred music.

The EP was mixed by Roy Merchant and Naweed from Whitfield Mastering (who also worked on Mark Ronson's Uptown Funk & Jamiroquai's High Times).
